These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Curreo, a content generation platform operated by Elizabeth Johnston, DBA Curreo ("we," "us," or "Curreo"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Curreo.
Curreo is an AI-powered content generation tool that scans cultural trends and generates draft social media content matched to your brand voice. The service includes trend discovery, creative matching, content drafting, and related features available through our web application at app.curreo.io.
Curreo generates draft content as a starting point. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before publishing. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, factually correct, free of errors, or appropriate for any specific use.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Curreo account. If you are between 13 and 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian's permission. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@curreo.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each account is associated with an organization. You may invite team members according to your subscription tier's limits.
Curreo offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. Details of available plans, pricing, and feature limits are displayed on our website and within the application.
You own your content. All content generated by Curreo using your brand profiles, campaign briefs, and creative direction belongs to you. We claim no ownership of your generated content, brand profiles, or uploaded materials.
You grant Curreo a limited license to process your brand information and content solely for the purpose of operating the service (e.g., generating drafts, improving matches). We do not use your content for marketing, share it with other users, or sell it to third parties.
You are solely responsible for the content you publish using Curreo-generated drafts. This includes ensuring compliance with applicable laws, platform terms of service, and third-party intellectual property rights.
Curreo uses artificial intelligence (including models from OpenAI and Anthropic) to generate content. AI-generated content may:
Curreo is a drafting tool, not a publisher. Always review generated content before posting. We are not responsible for any consequences of publishing unreviewed AI-generated content.
You agree not to:
Curreo's platform, including its creative bridging engine, matching algorithms, editorial voice, trend discovery pipeline, user interface, and brand are owned by Curreo and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your subscription period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curreo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid Curreo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@curreo.io. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.
Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain anonymized usage data for analytics purposes. Your brand profiles and generated content will be deleted within 30 days of account closure, unless you request earlier deletion.
Your use of Curreo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the application at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Oregon.
